A Message from Peter Jobling, President, Cambrian Chemicals Inc.
Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website. Cambrian Chemicals Inc. is a vibrant and growing chemical distribution company with the primary focus of supplying world-class chemicals to our expanding range of customers in Canada and the United States.
Starting from humble beginnings in late 1995, Cambrian has combined the talents of a number of experienced people in the chemical distribution field in Canada with the enthusiasm of youth. We believe this combination of experience and youth has allowed us to become a conduit of choice between chemical manufacturers from all over the world and customers in North America.
At Cambrian Chemicals Inc. our relationships are our existence. Our success is based in our group of focused, enthusiastic and fun loving people working together with our collection of world-class supplier partners and our diverse range of customers.
We hear too often the term, "our people make the difference" and unfortunately we see too often that the reality is something different.
At Cambrian Chemicals Inc. we truly believe that not only is our strength our people, but our very existence is our people. The relationships that we build and the efforts that we make to deserve the relationships that we have, are the absolute keys to our success.As President of Cambrian, I am extremely proud of all of our people and wish to take this opportunity to thank each of them for their efforts in allowing us to be where we are today, and for the effort they continue to put forth. I hope that I can continue to live up to their high standard! Cambrian Chemicals Inc. is constantly striving to grow and to improve. We are committed to first servicing the needs of our existing supplier partners to the best of our abilities.
The future from there includes developing new relationships with suppliers that are committed to entering the North American market. We will not make a commitment to a supplier, or a customer, that we know in advance that we cannot fulfill.

Personal Note of Thanks
In the early days of any company there are always turning points that will
either make or break the future success of the company.
In our case the key success factors were driven by the support of certain
people, and the companies they worked for at the time, who had faith in a
small upstart company to properly represent their products.
I hopefully will not omit anybody but if I have done so, I apologize.

Friendship and kindness were epitomized in particular by my personal relationship with Mr Neville Wood of APS Cotter Foods in Melbourne Australia. Without Neville's personal support and friendship Cambrian Chemicals would be a very different company and personally, I would be a different man.
Neville passed away August 2, 2000 at far too young an age. He was a dear friend. He will not be forgotten.
